I took a search but I couldn't find anything specific.

I am looking for conversion charts from dextrose(corn sugar) from kg's to cups.

I don't have a scale and I would like to make small batches of cider to test.

Second question, is brown sugar more dense than dextrose? I would like to try using brown sugar in a recipe, but wondering if I should use as much as dextrose.

Thanks!

kilograms is mass, cups is volume. they don't convert easily. 1 cup of cornstarch is not the same mass as 1 cup of lead shot, but they are both 1 cup.

1 cup of corn sugar is about 150 grams. But this varies depending on how loosely or tightly it's packed and moisture content.
