Hey guys, I'm looking at a Love Series 32A controller, as I can get a used one shipped to Canada for fairly cheap. I'm trying to figure out if it is appropriate to hook up to a standard freezer for some sweet, sweet, temperature controlled fermentations.

While I'm confident that I can figure out how to wire this thing with some good research, I'm not currently very fluent with electronics-jargon, and would like to know if it will work asap so I can get it ordered and in the mail:

Supply Voltage: 100 to 240 VAC, nominal, +10 - 15%, 50 to 400 Hz.
single phase; 132 to 240 VDC, nominal, +10 - 20%.

Control Output Ratings:
Relay: SPST, 3A @ 240 VAC resistive; 1.5A @ 240 VAC inductive;
Pilot duty rating: 250 VA, 2A @ 120 VAC or 1A @ 240 VAC.
Switched voltage (non-isolated): 5 VDC @ 20 mA.
Proportional current: 0 to 20 mADC scaleable into 600 Ohms max.

So will this allow me to somehow splice the controller into the freezer's 120V power line and then control it through on/off?
