I'm having a debat with myself about either a cold room or fermentation chamber for the brewery.. As you can see my kegerator sits in a storage room from the bar.. Somebody gave me a free window ac unit so I have been going back and forth about a fermenation chamber. I have included a pic of the current beer room.. The left wall goes dirrectly into the garage. So, there is a possibilty of cutting up the wall and run the ac unit to cool down the enitire room. There is also a wall mounted heater on the opposite wall right now. Do i go with a fermentation chamber or just do the entire room?
