Does it need to dry before beer touches the surface? e.g. racking to keg, sanitized keg, do I need to let the star san dry before racking?
 
Search "don't fear the foam". It is actually good to rack on the foam.
 
Also search "stupid Starsan tricks", have your camera ready so you can post a pic to that thread.
