the sleeve is 4 ft in the ground, i put a old piece of 4x4 in the sleeve first that was about 1 1/2 ft long, the pulley system is shown better in my first hop vid, but it works great .i did my first pick of cascade and got 4 oz dried, probably another 8-10 oz still growing
