I'm looking for a good west coast style IPA recipe. Does anyone have off hand or point me in the right direction? I'd appreciate it!
 
Boil Size (Gallons): 6
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Original Gravity: 1.064
Final Gravity: < 1.014
Primary Fermentation and Conditioning (# of Days & Temp): 31 Days @ 64-68 F
Bottle Carb: 17 days at 72 F w/the appropriate amount of priming sugar

45% Extra Light DME
45% Extra Light DME [Late Addition]
10% Sugar [Late Addition]
0-5% Light Crystal Malt or Honey Malt [optional] (crushed & steeped at 155 F @ 30 mins)

60 min, 25-30 IBUs (approx. 1/2 oz.) High-alpha % American pellet hops like Columbus/Magnum/Horizon
20 min, 10-15 IBUs High-alpha % American pellet hops like Columbus/Magnum/Horizon
10 min, 2 oz. Aromatic American pellet hops like Amarillo/Simcoe/Citra/Nugget/Centennial/Cascade/Summit/Chinook
30 min post-boil aroma steep, 2 oz. Aromatic American pellet hops (160 F down to 65 F)
Dryhop, 10 days, 3 oz. Aromatic American pellet hops (added to primary on day 21)

Safale US-05 dry yeast
