Looking to do anothre 2-3 brew day this weekend. Going to work on 2 pumpkin ales, but need another filler. what has been great that you brewed lately. All-grain only, please.:rockin::rockin:

Biermuncher's Centennial Blonde would have been an extremely tasty beer if I didn't screw something up somewhere (most likely my lack of fermenation temp.) Now that I have a kegerator/fridge, I hopefully won't have this problem anymore and I'll try to brew the recipe again.

Jamil's Robust Porter is killer- probably the best beer I've made. I don't have the recipe on hand, but you can get it from the podcast or from Brewing Classic Styles. It'd be good for fall/winter.

This stout.

do a search for nosferatu's return.

Yooper's rogue deadguy clone. It's better than the original. I've brewed it 3 times.

Biermuncher's Black Pearl Porter is fantastic as well...

I'm partial to my Old Bog Road Brown Ale in my pulldown too.

Orfy's Hobgobblin clone has never dissapointed me :D

I also did an "americanized ESB" with 2-row/munich/and willamette instead of MO and Fuggles because, well, thats what I have in stock. After about 8 weeks it turned out pretty damn good (better than I was expecting)

+1 on Yoopers deadguy clone! This was my first to keg and it is awsome. Everyone that has tried it loves it. Easy and tasty can't go wrong with that. :mug:

You know... You mentioned this recipe in a thread I started, and the more I think about it, the more I want to do a Vienna smash. What's your efficiency? I think I'm going to do this when my cellar cools down.

To answer the OP, my best (and my latest) is Bm's Centennial Blonde. I'm making 5 more this weekend, going to drop the late addition hops though.

the first time i did it, i got 84% efficiency and 80% attenuation. i don't know how it happened, but it tasted incredible. mash low on that sucker...152°F MAX...i think i mashed around 149 and it got down to 140 by the end.

the more recent brew got about 75% efficiency, which works our better, as it's more predictable for future brews. i'm going to post this recipe in the database when i keg this amazing creation.

the only downside to this brew is hops are expensive and northern brewer is relatively hard to find. i have about a pound left and i hope to find more before i run out. i also use NB in my steam beer :)
