The latest issue of Zymurgy included an article about the history of brewing with spices. I've found one of the old brewing books that was referenced.
I found the 1st book "The London and Country Brewer" (1763)

They also referenced a Belgian book, "Traite Complet de la Fabrication des Bieres" by G. Lacambre 1851
I've managed to find a scanned version, but it is not in English.

Does anyone know where I can find an English translation of the Belgian book?
Thanks
