As per a PM from tomheff, the North American Supervisor for Cooper's products (something like that),adding 1kg of cooper's light DME & 1oz East Kent Golding makes a good Fuller's clone with the cooper's IS English Bitter can. The cooper's International Series English bitter was really good with pit bbq. Even makes a good mop sauce. So I can see where the additions, along with priming to 1.8 volumes, would make a tasty one. The English bitter produced the lowest trub level ever, giving me 67 1/3 bottles from a 6G (23L) batch. & it came out very clear,as can be seen in my gallery.
