I'm sure this thread exists, but doing stuff is hard, an' I been drinking, so:
Greatest album to accompany a serious drinking session? For myself, its Tom Waits' Mule Variations, how 'bout you?

Grateful Dead's Workingman's Dead
OR
Brewer and Shipley's Tarkio Road
OR
Any early Dr. Hook album

Bottoms up! :tank:

Kris Kristofferson is good but I like the Johnny Cash version better.

A bit of newer Hank Jr. but still good for drinking.

There's tons of blues songs that I like to listen to as well. I looked for a few on youtube but they've been taken down or blockedf...

I want to make a good drinking music playlist.

I searched the net and found two lists but both seemed lame. Neither had two songs I can't imagine not being on a drinking playlist - Have a Drink On Me and One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer.

Help me find more music like this.

Go look up "Drinkin Tonight" by the Supervillains. Great song.

Neil Young Tonight's the Night... Best drinking alone album. If you haven't heard it, have a few and have a listen.
