Potassium vs sodium sulphate?

Hi,

Can someone explain when one would use potassium sulphate vs sodium sulphate? Perhaps this has been covered in an existing thread, if so a link to the thread would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Norwest

There's no difference in chemical makeup- except sodium metabisulfite contains sodium. If you're watching your sodium intake, potassium metabisulfite is the substitute.
