Here is the leftover ingredients I have to work with...

3 lbs light dry extract
2 lbs extra light dry extract
1 lb Vienna(maybe to mini mash?)
1lb victory
crystal 20, 40, 60
1 oz saaz
2 oz perle
1 oz willamette
2 oz colombus
1 oz chinook

Interesting! Let's see if I can get creative enough...

All the extract. Mini-mash the Vienna, 4 oz Victory and 8 oz Crystal 20. That should put you at ~1.052. Bitter with Perle - shoot for 35 IBUs. Finish with Willamette at knockout. If you like more hops, add the Saaz at flameout and move the Willamette to 15 minutes.
