I know I blew it. What's going to happen.
I added the hops with the malt at around 170* instead of waiting for it to boil first. Then it took a long time to boil the 3 gallons of wort (I'm brewing Hef). So the hops was in there much longer than the recipe called for. Will I be okay?

Don't worry, there isn't too much a difference between 60 min and 90 minute hops. Its the late hop additions where these things get critical.

I think you should be fine. I dont think hops really start doing their thing (that will cause too much of a noticeable difference) until the rolling boil anyways.

What you did is known as a first wort hop addition. Brewers do that all the time. It may lend a few more IBU, and there's some debate on this, but it may lend a bit of hop flavor/aroma too. Don't worry, it'll be fine.
