Hi all.....
I was wondering if you guys could offer your opinions on using either a conical or sanke keg fermentor, as far as the pros and cons. I'm on the fence on which way I want to go....I was thinking of getting the Minibrew 6.5 gal fermentor (I have the extra cash), but then I did some reading on using a Sanke keg. So, now I'm not sure which way I want to go.....any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I like my sanke fermentors for these reasons
1. force transfer at whatever pressure I want
2. Pressure ferment if I wish
3. I can steam/boil sanitize right on the burner
4. It was cheap. $30 as the brewery would not take it back from distributor
5. I can ferment 10 galon batches if I wish
6. It easily fits where a conical will not such as a fermentation fridge

Disadvantages
3. Can't dump yeast/trub

I'm sure I missed some for both columns.
