Can somebody please tell me what these yellow dots are?

Just looks like yeast and/or normal sediment - doesn't look like anything to worry about.
 
Lupulin. The pollen gland from hops that "makes them what they are" :D
 
You typically only see those when using whole leaf hops. Those are unruptured hop resin packets.
