M.O. & Cascade SMASH at bottling

I bottled my first SMASH yesterday after a 20 day fermentation (7 primary, 13 secondary). It's a Maris Otter & Cascade combo, hop additions every 12 minutes. It finished at 1.018, ABV of 6.0%. The taste seems well balanced, and I really like the color.

Nice! I just tried my first bottle of a Cascade SMaSH. I used 2-row, also hit 6% right on. It's got a bit less color than yours, and I'm actually not too impressed with the flavor (a bit too thin to me), but it came out good. I didn't dry hop, so I'm missing some of what I love, but I'm making up for that with a IIPA I'm bottling today, dry hopped with 4oz of Cascade and Citra. I'm excited about this one.
