I am looking to buy a turkey fryer to use the burner so I can move my operation outside!

question is: I know nothing about burners and if they dont pump enough heat for a boil etc.

question is, I have a 8 gallon thickpot, basically this one:

and I'm wondering if I wanted to boil say 7 gallons, what kind burner am I looking for? so far this is all I found:

thanks in advance, I know nothing about burners as I've always used stovetop which I can do about 4.5 gallons but with the new pot I can't get anything to boil over like 3 gallons, and the old pot is only 5 gal

I sure hope so. I'm gonna brew the extracts I got lined up and then I'm gonna jump on this. I'm trying to make myself wait till after thanksgiving to have a good price

I use the same turkey fryer with longer legs. More than enough heat to bring a 5 or 10gal batch to a boil using my keggle.

I think it is somewhere arround 180K BTUs. After doing a 10 and 5gal full boil batch, I had used a little over 10# of propane
