Anybody know what this is for? Says Tap-Rite on the handle. It was in a box of taps, faucets etc from my Dads old bar.

My guess is that it is used for certain Tap Rite Regulators to change the CO2 pressure. I am assuming that these regulators do not have a knob, but would have some kind of wrench to adjust the pressure.
