What size carboy?

I came across a really cheap 6.5 gallon glass carboy. I'd like to buy it, but is it too big to use as a secondary for a 5 gallon batch? Would it be a problem is there was that much air inside?
 
I have 3 carbouys 2 - 6.5 gallons and 1 - 5.5 gallon. Normally i try to use the 5.5 for a secondary but sometimes I have to use one of the 6.5's . . . I have yet to have an issue with the 6.5's as secondarys
