Did a Scott's Pale Ale that is all cascaid hops. Used my keggle for the brew and everything went great. Love the idea of setting up 2 primaries with 2 different yeasts. I went with Wyeast American Ale and the Wyeast Northwest Ale. OG was 1.050 (expected) and was pretty seemless. It did take longer than expected for extraction, boil, etc... Otherwise, it was a great day to make 80 pints!
 
I wish I had a big enough pot, I just got a 9 gallon and it can probably do two batches in 5 gallon carboys with headspace. I have a rye beer grain bill I'd like to do a belgian and a whitbread to notice the differences.
