When taking your hydro reading at the end of the sparge do you want to hit 1.000at mash temp or after recalculating with a temp adjust?

You want to be at 1.010 after temperature adjustment. You never leave a SG reading unadjusted. 1.010 at 170F would be ~1.035 adjusted which means you would leave a ton of good stuff in the lautertun.

Thanks, I was reading 1.000 at mash temp of about 160 degrees on my first attempt.
