WY1275 yeast

Mash at 153F for 60 min.
Yeast nutrient (1 tsp) for last 15 min of boil
Whirlfloc for last 10 min of boil

Notes:

3.9% ABV. Nice session ale, fuggly, a bit earthy, tasty.

Carbonate to 2.0-2.2 volumes

An update, a fairly painful update: this beer is a little boring.

Recently, I brought a bottle of this to a club meeting and got some group tasting feedback. The response was a bit underwhelming.

A few days later, I took a step back and did another tasting myself. The malt profile is a bit muted. Its 'decent', it just doesn't bring enough flavor to the table for my taste which I was hoping for in a session ale.
