For my first two batches I did a recipe off this website and a clone recipe. For my third batch, and for a larf, I decided to formulate my own recipe from scratch. I'm only doing three gallons, just in case it isn't that good. I was hoping everyone could weigh in on their opinions.

I haven't finalized my hop schedule yet, but I wanted to try a strategy where I would get lots of hop bitterness and aroma, but minimal hop flavor. It's the same feeling I had the first time I tried Gumballhead and it both confounded and intrigued me.

Big thanks to CP's spreadsheet, by the way.

Note that I haven't finalized my hop schedule, I just wanted to throw something down before work that got me within my target IBU. Anyways, enough stalling. Time to chip away at my creation!

Forgive the formatting. If you can read it, great. If not, I'll fix it when I get back from work.

Looks really good. Amarillo/Cascade is a great combo and goes really well with Munich. :mug: for a good first recipe!

I'd probably use crystal 60 and about an oz of roasted barley for color instead of the dark crystals. That's just cause I don't care for dark crystal though.

I fixed the awful formatting. Hopefully those who were turned off by their inability to read this, could now weigh in.
