What kind of beer did just make?

So i bought an oktoberfest recipe kit from my local HBS. the only problem was that i didn't have the capability of keeping my fermenter cold enough to use a lager yeast, so i substituted it with an ale yeast, White Labs' WLP013 London Ale Yeast. i bottled it the other day and it tasted GREAT for a non-carbonated brew. i'm still eagerly waiting to taste the finished product, but i have no idea what to call this. it's not an oktoberfest because it's an ale, right? WHAT IS THIS?

Lot's of people do this since they don't have lagering capabilities. They are simply Oktoberfest style ales. I intend to brew one soon too!

I have WLP011 in my fridge now that my LHBS recommended for an Oktoberfest, should be brewed on Friday.

I hear that the WYeast Kolsh 2 strain is great for making psuedo lagers with an ale yeast.
