Just popped the top on one of my traditional bocks tonight and it was well worth the wait 24 days conditioning........

Did you go torwards the top of the srm scale?
Or did you keep it true to the style?
I am playing with a bock recipe and trying to find the right amount of flavor/maltyness is kinda the best way to describe it. Want more depth. I used tet. Hops and thinking next time try some trad. and see how much that changes the flavor.

mines semi malty, beleive I used sterling hops... that was a few brews ago... I can dig up some of the info if you would like to have it...
