I usually siphon my beer into my carboy, then sit down in a chair with the carboy on my lap and shake it vigorously for a few minutes.

You can also look into oxygenation systems, like from Williams Brewing, with O2 cylinders from home improvement stores. You can get a much higher ppm of oxygen with pure oxygen than air, which might help in general, as well as high gravity beers in particular.

I built a small cart out of plywood with a raised edge on casters. While I'm filling I shake periodically while rocking it on the cart. When it's done filling I sterilize a solid stopper and give it the shaking if a lifetime.

The design is in the book Brew Ware intended as a carboy cart.
