Didnt sanitize beer gun. Problem?

Long short: there was a multitude of craziness that made me forget to sanitize a beer gun a friend let me borrow. I ran a half pint of beer into a pint glass before bottling 2 12 ounce bottles. (Complete sanitation protocols on them). The bottles will be kept cold until Wednesday for a friendly competition. Is this a major problem this time?
 
Sorry!!! I should have posted this on the sanitation thread. Can a mod delete and I'll move it..
 
Think you should be ok until Wednesday.

There is always a chance, but it would take a pretty aggressive infection to show that quickly.

Let us know
 
I dont even bother sanitising bottles or anything for short term. I dont even sanitise my pint glass before i pour a beer
