Hi folks! I am designing a single vessel, recirculating mash BIAB system. I will be going with either a keggle (if I can lay my hands in a keg) or the bayou classic 62-quart pot. Does anyone out there have info on the proper basket size for the bayou classic pot with grain for average 5-gallon batches? There is a 62-quart basket, but that fits snugly and thus won't have enough space between the basket and the pot for all the internal plumbing. I figure the basket should be a couple of inches smaller in diameter, but that makes for only a 36-quart basket.
If you don't know that but have the same I do for a keggle, much obliged. I figured I could guess, but if anyone has the info it'll save me some time.
