Hello I need some ideas and recipes on what to make next. I have my second 5gal batch of apfelwein working and I have 1 5gal carboy open. I want to try something different. I was thinking about just making some sugar water and fermenting that then killing the yeast and adding juice concentrate? Not sure how much sugar I would want to use and what kind of yeast I should get. Any ways that's just one idea not sure if it would work. I would love to hear from you all as I am wanting to start something next weekend.
