Auber Ins 2362 help

The J2 Alarm which is set for Low Temperature warning has a real quiet but noticeable continuous pulsing buzz and the LED lights up just a little. Like some kind of bleed-over. When it is triggered by the Alarm settings it works as it is suppose to. Everything works as it is suppose to except this low buzzing noise. I traded the buzzer out with another, same issue. Double check all grounds.
outY setting is set to 2. J1 alarm, J2 alarm, SSR PID controlled
also set outY to 3 which makes SSR on/off

Any Ideas?

I just finished a PID controller project with an SYL-2362 and am having the same issue. I'm thinking put a 1K ohm resistor in series with terminal 14 for the J2 alarm. Anyone else have a problem with the Auberins controllers leaking voltage/current through the normally open J2 switch terminals 13 and 14?
