Howdy folks, Happy New Year!

I'm considering my first brew of '08, and I'm shooting for a strong amber with distinct hoppiness... Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

- Chris

I'm not much for Ambers so I'll leave that to someone more familiar. But I thought I'd mention that biscuit and victory are actually the same (just in case you've been buying them separately). One of them is just a branded name. :)

Doh! I just grabbed them from another amber recipe that I'm using for inspiration :) Will fix.. hmmm replace Victory with.. Carapils? Sure. Editing now..
