So I was reading somewhere that breweries have to apply on their license for each state that they plan on selling beer to. Is this true? If so does it make it illegal for them to go outside their "boundaries"? The whole distribution tree thing confuses me. Trying to figure out ways to get beers from other parts of the country legally.

No, it is just illegal for them to sell or distribute them outside of the states they are approved in. You can take them wherever you want after you buy them though.

How you been parker?

Ya, I was thinking more along the lines of being able to distribute them outside these states. The demand is there, not so much the supply I am guessing.

Been good. Just got back to the States a few weeks ago. Been enjoying entirely too much beer ever since.
