I have some leftover LME from a brew I made 2 weeks ago. I don't have a vacuum sealer; so, I squeezed the air out of it, put the lid back on (it's a 1/2 gallon milk style jug) and stuck it in the fridge. I plan to brew Yuri Rage's recipe "Thunderstruck Pumpkin Ale" Friday. Would I get any off-flavors from using this 2 week old LME as a yeast starter for my pumpkin ale?
