How dry do my bottles have to be, they are sanitized and in a tree, but i don't want to wait 3-4 hours for the complete drip dry.

I use the vinator/bottle tree combination. Have to say this has been a huge time saver. I rinse all my bottles, and hang them all on the tree, then before bottling, I give then all 4 - 5 squirts with the vinator in a iodophor/water mix, then rack and bottle. They are by no means completely dry when I fill bottles. 15 batches, no infection...

/crosses fingers.

It's safer not to wait for them to dry. If you do give them some time, just keep them upside down so thing don't fall in.

Actually let me clarify:

IF you are using a no-rinse sanitizer (like starsan, iodophor solution), don't worry about lettin them dry. It sounds like you are using a no rinser.
