Just want your thoughts on this "dry" lager yeast...what are your impressions using this yeast.
 
Iv used it a couple times, fermented around 14C, tasted fine. Definitely needs a good long lagering to clear up though, not great attenuation, finished quite high for me 1.015-1.020 for beers that ussually finish around 1.010 with notty.
 
I made a California Common with it; fermented at 61 deg for 3 weeks. One of the best beers I have made.
