So my beer is at equilibrium with my regulator at 12psi. Am I suppose to release the pressure to 3-4psi for pouring purposes? Because the beer is coming out like a rocket and is too foamy.

Thanks all,

Mainer

If it comes out too foamy, release some pressure or get yourself a longer hose.

I've consistently had this problem, My conclusion is to get longer hoses (currently around 4-5 feet) My biggest issue is how to get the top off my damn tower without damaging it >(

It depends on what you are serving from. Kegerator with 10-12ft lines should not foam much but serving from a 2ft line with a picnic tap at a party usually use 2-3 psi.
