Sanstar chemical name

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is the checmical ingredient of SANSTAR sanitizer? It must be given on the pouch (I think so).

Also in absense of starsan can we use P. Sorbate or P. Metabisulfite or S. Metabifulfite etc?

The main sterilizing ingredient is Phosphoric acid I believe. There is another ingredient to adjust pH.

Only S. and P. Metabisulfite are sterilizing products, and they have to be rinsed with sterile water (boiled and cooled down, or filtered and sterilized).
