Ideas for tomorrow nights brew session would be greatly appreciated... I have the following:

HOPS:
saaz 1 oz
perle 1 oz
challenger 1/2 lb
lublin 1/2 lb

LME
7 lbs ultralight

Grain
2 lbs crystal 40L
1 lb wheat

My thought was to make a IPA!! Is that doable?

thanks for any ideas and input!

I'd be tempted to go with a pale ale with that stuff:

7 lb LME
1 lb Crystal 40
.75 oz Perle @ 60 min
1 oz Challenger @ 30 min
1 oz Challenger @ 0 min

OG 1.055
FG 1.014
8.6 SRM
44 IBUs
5.4% ABV

Disclaimer: I'm no expert. :mug:

Now I also have the following coming in within the next few days:

crystal 5 oz
sorachi 5 oz
williamette 5 oz
zues 5 oz
cascade 2 oz

I have the following yeasties:

So-4
T-33

NOW, what would a GOOD IPA make with everything that I have coming in!

Cheers

2 lbs 40L mashed at 154 for 30 mins
7 lbs ultra light LME

.75 oz perle 60
1 oz challenger 20
.5 challenger 1
.5 lublin 1

us04 pitched at 70 after rehydrating in warm water

this AM there is already a nice yeast cake at the bottom of the fermenter.

cheers

Let us know how it turns out.

I put it into Beersmith just for kicks (assuming 5 gallons):

Est. OG: 1.060
Est. FG: 1.016
Est. ABV: 5.85%
12.5 SRM
42.2 IBUs
