Keg system balance with a Randall

My wife decided this year for my birthday to get me a Randall. Previously I have balanced my keg setup using the Draught Quality Manual guidelines, but now I'm not sure what to do when I have this thing connected to keep the lines balanced properly to keep it from foaming. Anyone have any experience with this, and is it even possible to get a good pour with a Randall in-line?
