Friday I'm going to have another brew day. Im going to be using a can of coopers stout malt extract hopped. I am going to be using 2lbs (dme ) . I read i could add extra hops in the wort the last 2 minutes and this would add a better aroma and flavor. How do i do this?

Take an ounce of Fuggles or Kent Goldings hops and throw them in the boil for ten minutes.
You could even add the hops at 15 or 20 minutes for more flavor. That's one way I do it.
