K so I just bottled a small batch of cider. I was wondering do I have to pasteurize if it will be drank by x mas Curious my idea is to let it age for a few weeks then drink by the x mas thanks

WAAYYY too many variables here. What was your gravity at time of pitching the yeast, what was your gravity at bottling?
What kind of bottles is it in?
How long did you let it sit after fermentation was finished (assuming it was)?
Did you degas?
.......

Dude this is from some one how is new and wants the basic answer. Please. Don't have measury thing and let's say it done. So do I or do I not pastureize ok thanks

If you "say it's done" and dont' actually know then you're running the risk of your bottles blowing up.

If I were you I'd pasteurize to be safe. They could carb up within a week or less, so you're best to just pasteurize them.

There is a sticky at the top
That explains the procedure. You can do it in bottles.

You will need a thermometer.
