Is there a way to convert a ball lock keg into a pin lock keg?

I've got a bunch of pin lock kegs and just recently received a free 3 gallon ball lock. I know I'm in the minority (since all searches brought up Ball to Pin Conversion threads and products) but I'm looking to have the same style posts on all my kegs.

Does a products like this exist or is there hardly any market for it?

Thanks!

I'd probably just look into trading the ball lock for a pin lock. Maybe post something in the classified section.

That'd be the easiest way to go. Especially if the ball lock one is in good condition and worth trading for.

Why not get disconnects with MFL/flared fittings instead of barbs? Then it would be easy to switch things around.

Yes it's easy. I actually went from ball lock to pin lock. http://http://stores.kegconnection.com/Categories.bok?category=*Homebrew+Kegs%3AParts+for+Kegs%3APosts+%2F+Poppets%3ABall+Lock+Posts sells the post's for the conversion. Just take the old post off and put the new one on. Nice and easy and cheap.

Your link isn't working great. I took off the extra http and it leads me to some ball lock posts. Which pin lock posts did you go with for the ball lock keg?

Thanks!

Sometimes it's a mystery while links here go awry.

Anyway, just go to the Keg Connection home page, then mouse over the Categories list along the left margin, starting with Homebrew Kegs, then Parts For Kegs, then Posts/Poppets, then Pin Lock Posts...

Cheers!

Easy Peasy. Just trade it for one of the 5 gallon pin locks I have.

Damn.... that won't work since they are converted to ball locks. I've been trying to get my hands on a baby keg without actually paying for or stealing one.
