not familiar with the software but perhaps this? For an IPA you want to be in the extra hoppy range

That chart is great but it tends to be a little conservative with the extra hoppy area.
When I first started making my own recipes I always plotted the brews on that chart and often they fell off the extra hoppy range.
You should be fine with 1.060 and 70IBUs

A good start is a Original Gravity:IBU ratio of 1:1. I usually go a little hoppier, so 1.060, 70 ibus sounds good to me
