One more fermentation time lapse. This is Northern Brewer's Synchronicity Extraortinaire Wheaten Saison all-grain kit that I brewed on Saturday. Yeast is Wyeast Belgian Wheat, 3942 at about 70F.
Images are one every 30 seconds for about 56 hours, played back at 24fps.
I must say, Fermcap is some pretty cool stuff. Ended up not even needing the blowoff tube.
