ibrewmaster for the ipad is excellent.
i use it nearly every day for one thing, or another, creating recipes, planning batches, brewing, shopping, whatever.
between having my brewing books on ibooks, and this app, my ipad has become pretty important to the whole home brew cycle.

The code is being worked on for a full version of Beersmith for iPad. There's a lite version already, but it doesn't allow you to tweak recipes, only view them. It does other stuff as well, but I'm waiting for the full version myself.
