Its not a stout, but Sam adams has something called utopia which runs about 25%. It supposed to be really good, but I heard its crazily expensive. Not to mention, difficult to find and illegal in several states.

I've had Sam Adama Utopias the last 2-3 years at Great American Beer Festival in Denver. It is indeed very strong and in talking with Jim Koch, they acheive this level of alcohol strictly from the yeast.

Dumb question but is that stuff even carbonated? I've been curious about that. Does it still taste like beer in any respects?
