Hey guys last night i made a starter like i did the last 50 times this morning woke up to give it a little shake ( dont us a stir plate) and there is nothing going on. Everything settled the bottom of my flask. This never happen to me any info or tips,

My last one (1056) 2000ml did the same thing, I just cold crashed it, decanted and pitched. She was going 4 hours later, you'll be fine..

Are you sure you had a good seal around the airlock and your bottle? Perhaps fermentation completed and you didn't notice it because of a poor seal. If you aren't going to brew in the next couple of days, crank up another starter.

If there is a nice size cake at the bottom, you missed it and it's done already, it happens.

You should be able to see a slight krausen ring just above the liquid level for proof.
