Got a kegging system. I want to add gelatin to drop out the yeast. Will be dry hopping at 7-10 days before kegging. When to add gelatin? 2 weeks primary done just racked to secondary.
 
Do you considered adding gelatin in keg?
1st pint or so will be cloudy, but after that you will pour clear beer.
 
What he said. Or you could add it to the primary, preferably immediately before / after a cold crash.

For what it's worth, you can also dry hop in the keg. Some say that the flavor will get "grassy" after a while unless you remove the hops, but I've never experienced that.
