All Grain HERMS

I'm in the Nashville Area and looking to sell my brew system (as well as help someone with beginning or upgrading theirs). Had a few great brews with this setup and I'm looking to upgrade to 15 gal. All these prices are negotiable and I could workout shipping if you were willing to pay for it. As usual, I'm more than willing to work with prices and grouping items.

Could I get more info on the heating element setup. I am in the market for one. More pics would be nice.
