I use BeerSmith software to develope and convert recipes for my homebrew and I was setting up a Belgian Wit from a previous kit I used (BB) to be converted to AG. So BeerSmith asks for the style of Beer, do I choose Wit Bier to get initial numbers or some other style?

Also, I do not see a lot of recipes for Belgian Wit. Is there a reason for the lack of availability or am I not looking in the right places?

Salute! :mug:

Isn't Belgian wit just a wit with a Belgian strain of yeast?

Mebe just me but when I think Belgian, I think more clove less banana.
